is no flash in the pan, he is one of the original purveyors of bass and
glitch, while also maintaining his foundation in many other genres of

The title track Total Control is a pure electrobreakbeat rolling stomper, with a gnarly bassline and meticulously placed edits. Next up is the Basswork Mix, which leans more toward banging percussion and slightly more aggressive frequencies for those that like it a little more dirty, setting off the rave alarm. Following the Basswork Mix is the Collapsing Mix, this one taking the formula and rinsing it through the abstract filter, while freaking the frequencies and flipping another rolling yet steppy glitch beat. And finally to round out the package we have the track 10 Regals and a Pint of Mild, a collaboration of psychedelic rock vibes awash in analog distortion - having us ask the question, does Si have a secret rock band hidden away in his studio?
